This year we’ve enjoyed a long and sunny summer but as September kicks in there’s definitely a sense of gear-change. The kids are heading back to school (yay!), plans for the forthcoming quarter are being finalised and new routines and rituals are being implemented.
Let’s open our hearts and welcome these changes in with yoga.
Yoga renews and recharges us – and it helps us to feel better from the inside and out. It improves posture, relieves stress and increases mental clarity. Be an even better version of yourself through self-care with yoga. After all, taking time for self-care is a priority and a necessity, not a luxury.

The practice of yoga is just that – a ‘practice’ and every class will feel different because things in our bodies and the weather patterns in our lives change.
Let’s create the spaciousness we need in order to allow these changes to occur more freely – both, on and off the mat – with a greater sense of ease and grace.
Using techniques including mindful movement (asana), breath-work (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and proper relaxation (sivasana); my intention is to have you leaving your session feeling grounded, lifted, renewed and refreshed.
